Privacy notice
What this site collects, why, and how long it is kept.
The short version
This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. Visit counts are measured without cookies and without identifying you, which is why you are never asked to accept anything. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone beyond the providers listed below.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. If you fill in the optional fields, those too. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else — you will not be added to a mailing list.
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and are automatically deleted after 365 days (about 12 months). That expiry is enforced by the storage itself rather than by me remembering to run something. A notification email is also sent to me through Brevo.
The form has a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is accepted silently and discarded.
It is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a real browser rather than a script. Turnstile receives your IP address and some technical signals about your browser in order to make that judgement. It is designed not to track you across sites and, in almost every case, resolves on its own — there is no puzzle to solve and no image to decipher.
Analytics
No cookie-based analytics run on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, no session recording and no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind — which is why you were never asked to accept anything.
Visit counts are measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics instead. It is described in the next section: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you.
What runs without asking
Cloudflare serves this site and processes request data to deliver and secure it, and runs both the Turnstile check on the contact form and Cloudflare Web Analytics. None of them sets cookies or builds a profile of you, which is why none of them asks your permission first.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU, you can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted before the 365-day expiry. Email hello@nurkamol.com and I will action it. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the ICO.
If this page, or the form you would use to exercise those rights, is difficult to use for any reason, say so — the accessibility statement explains how to report it and how quickly you can expect an answer.
If you are in California, the same requests apply under the CCPA. I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
