Privacy notice
What this site collects, why, and how long it is kept.
The short version
This site collects two things: what you type into the contact form, and — only if you agree — anonymous analytics about which pages are used. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone beyond the providers listed below.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. If you fill in the optional fields, those too. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else — you will not be added to a mailing list.
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and are automatically deleted after 365 days (about 12 months). That expiry is enforced by the storage itself rather than by me remembering to run something. A notification email is also sent to me through Brevo.
The form has a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is accepted silently and discarded. There is no puzzle to solve and no image to decipher.
Analytics, only with your agreement
Nothing below runs until you press Accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, these scripts are never loaded — not loaded-and-disabled, not loaded.
- Google Analytics — which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings, which show how a page was used. Sensitive form inputs are masked by Clarity by default.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, that is treated as a refusal and you are not asked at all.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing was. Your choice is remembered for six months, then you are asked again.
What runs without asking
Cloudflare serves this site and processes request data to deliver and secure it. Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled it sets no cookies and builds no profile, which is why it is not behind the consent banner.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU, you can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted before the 365-day expiry. Email hello@nurkamol.com and I will action it. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the ICO.
If you are in California, the same requests apply under the CCPA. I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

This notice describes what the site actually does. If you find a difference between this page and its behaviour, tell me — that is a bug, not a technicality.
